This has always been one of the leading sectors in our company, in which we have constantly and progressively invested; in the last year, we have purchased machinery 4.0 with both fixed and sliding headstocks. We offer parts with medium-high complexity, with quantities of a few hundred up to tens of thousands of parts per month. The materials used are typical of this department and range from highly workable ferrous metals to light alloys (Aluminium, Brass) to alloy steel and AISI steel series 300-400.

Automotive and Motorcycle
This sector requires the most wide ranging parts which in fact use the entire machinery park. We offer the simplest and most economical parts to those with medium complexity, with quantities starting from a few dozen to easily reach thousands and tens of thousands of parts per month. The materials used are typical of this department and range from highly workable ferrous metals to light alloys (Aluminium, Brass) to alloy steel, quenched and tempered steel and stainless steel. The materials used are almost exclusively stainless steel, in particular AISI 316L - 303 - 304. In some cases, grade 2 Titanium is also required. Quantities starting from a few dozen up to hundreds-thousands of parts per production batch.

Machining phase and cycle:
- Turning the batch accompanied by the “Statement of Tests” which indicates the supplier, transport document, type and casting of the material used and all the phases planned with the code of the operator who releases the batch on each operation carried out
- Specific washing for this type of product
- Laser stamping, rubber coating and tracking on the individual component or assembly (where planned)
- Final assembly and leak testing (where planned) - everything is exclusively carried out in our internal departments, in a dedicated hall, including parts not turned but purchased directly by TAMM, such as: stamped sheet metal, springs, o-rings
- Packaging - often packaging is required of the individual part, with customised labelling with the customer’s logo, item code, production batch number or assembly

Our work concentrates on the production of complete components including coatings and small assemblies, where required. Very often the parts are visible and therefore not only require aesthetic improvement of the part, but they must ensure intactness is maintained over time.
