With CNC automatic loaders, bar passage with a diameter of 2 to 32 mm Turning / Milling. Bar processing can machine up to 4 processes simultaneously, including with Axis "B", which allows work with the 4th and 5th axis continuously and directly on the headstock. We can machine parts, excluding any secondary operations, also available with oil high pressure control units for deep drilling of Ø2x20-25 times Ø at 100 bar on construction steel, stainless steel, Titanium and super alloys such as Inconel, duplex, superduplex, etc.
We can carry out special threading and milling, also on small holes, various internal and external polygon cutting, internal and external broaching with a polygon system and thread cutting specifically for complicated machining.
